Shipments

We use Air Shipping is done by FedEx, EMS, DHL or is available customer request. The shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, and total weight of the goods.

Price

The prices of our items on the web site are FOB Indonesia. Returns and Refunds

Goods sold not to be taken back in any circumstances unless and expressed the delivered goods not in accordance with the reservation. Either replacement or full refund will be given for this mistake. Goods will be replaced or repaired if any defects found.

Payment

The customer pays, 50% advance as confirmation of the order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, we shall send you e-mail or telephone. The customer should clear the rest 50%. Then, we shall ship the goods on the same day. We only accept payments by Bank T/T. (wire transfer) for big quantity or Western Union.
